Ullando Anthony Savoca

March 9, 1939 — April 12, 2024

Ullando A. Savoca, of Bradenton, FL,  passed away peacefully on April 12, 2024. He was born in Premier, WV, on March 9,1939 to the late Salvatore and Maria Savoca.

Ullando is a US Navy veteran who proudly served his country.

Ullando, (also Dad, Grampa and PopPop) was preceded in death by his wife, Joan Marie Savoca on May 17, 2023.

Ullando is survived by his daughters Jenifer and Diana (husband Tom) his grandsons Austin (wife Caroline) and Hunter (wife Anna). Ullando also was PopPop to his great

grand-children Isaac (5), Lucia (3), Mateo (1) and Wyatt (9 months). He was loved deeply by all of them.

Ullando was a great Husband, Father, Grandpa & Great Grandpa who will be deeply missed. He is loved unconditionally by our Father in Heaven and is now reunited with the love of his life, Joanie, whom he was married to for 61 years. Growing up in a large immigrant family he beat the odds and was able to provide for each of us that can easily go unseen and forgotten. He provided our family with many laughs, memories and repeated stories that were told over and over. Ullando loved fishing, hunting, and whittling wood. He loved going to storage bins sales, and all of us close to him know he found value in everything.

Finally, thank-you for being present, and playing with your grandsons as little kids. The memories of jumping in the creek, working in the garage, learning to put down hardwood floors, or watching you sing with Buddy, your dog will never be forgotten.

For the last 10 months Ullando has desperately missed his wife, Joanie. Our family feels peace and we rejoice knowing that Ullando and Joanie are

finally reunited and dancing in heaven on streets of gold.

1 Thessalonians 4:13-14

"But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers and sisters, about those who have died, so that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have died.”

The family will lay Ullando to rest, in South Carolina, at a later date.
