Theresa A. Mclaughlin

Theresa Anne McLaughlin, 59, formerly of Bemidji, MN died Saturday, July 15, 2017, with her husband Les McLaughlin at her side at TideWell Hospice House in Sarasota, Florida.

Theresa Anne McLaughlin was born on September 25, 1957, the 8th child of

Ernest E, and Evelyn B. Ashley. Little did she know that she would be followed by not one, but 3 more siblings.

On June 6th 1975, she married her high school sweetheart, Les Mclaughlin. They lived and worked in Bemidji and Thief River Falls, Minnesota before relocating to Bradenton, FL in 1989. Theresa had worked the last 15 years at 'the ranch' and was referred to as “T” .

She was loved by all and she was a fun and upbeat person to be around. Her smile was infectious and she was always full of happiness and joy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her mother and father-in-law, two

Brothers, William and David Ashley, her grandson, Ryan, and a nephew, Stephen DeBlieck. Theresa is survived by her husband Les McLaughlin of Myakka City, FL, son, Marshall (Katie) McLaughlin of Myakka City, FL, three brothers; Ernie (Shirley) Ashley, Gary (Jody) Ashley, Jim (Jan) Ashley, five sisters; Marilyn (Curt) Pelarski, Carol (Brian) DeBlieck, Liz (Jeff) Linssen, Nita (Louis) Robbins, Madge (Keith) Jones, two grandchildren; Cody McLaughlin and Brendan Leverenz and many extended family members and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at Bayside Community Church, East Bradenton Campus, Bradenton, Fl. Family will greet friends one hour prior to the celebration.
