Sandra May West

Sandra 'Sandy' M. West, 84, of Bradenton passed away December 13th,2021. She was born on May 16th, 1937 in Buffalo, New York to the late Harold and Lila (Schad) Roberts.

She moved to Bradenton in 1978, coming from the town of Tonawanda. She was the loving wife of the late Robert P. West for over 54 years. They moved to Bradenton, Florida to start P.P. West Trucking, where she was his bookkeeper for 25 years.

She was also a charter member of Kirkwood Presbyterian Church. Being one of the first six founding families where she joyfully shared her time, talent and treasures for many years.

Her greatest joy was on caring for her loving husband, and raising her children, grandchildren and many pets throughout her blessed years.

Sandra was predeceased by her parents Harold and Lila Roberts, her husband the late Robert P. West and her granddaughter the late Brittany Renee Dale.

She is survived by a daughter, Robbin L. West. (Jeffrey ER. Flath) a son  Daniel R. West all from Bradenton. Two grandsons, Travis and Dylan West from Plant City. Four great Grandchildren, Teegyn, Breelyn West (Travis) and Ty and Peyton Dale, children of the late Brittany  Renee Dale.

A memorial service will be held at Kirkwood Presbyterian church ' The Big Green Church',6101 Cortez Rd. W, Bradenton, Fl 34210 on Saturday January 29th, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with a small reception at the church following the service.
