Ronald Lee Johnston

Ronald Lee Johnston, 88. Bradenton, passed away Feb. 14, 2015.
Ronald was born on July 19, 1926 in Chicago, IL to the late Anselm and Ethel (Freeland) Johnston. He served with the US Army during WWII. He was a retired civil engineer and a member of the Masonic Lodge in Indianapolis.
He moved to Bradenton 26 years ago coming from Indianapolis, IN. He was a member of the Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Bradenton, and Sarasota Shrine in Sarasota where he was a member of the Legion of Honor.
Survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Jeanne Johnston of Bradenton, brother Jack (Joyce) Perry of Chicago, IL, sister, Peggy Sue McDowell of Deltona, FL, and family members and friends.
Private inurnment will take place at Sarasota National Cemetery, Sarasota.
