Robert Carroll Ormiston, Sr. passed away peacefully August 19. 2015, in Palmetto, Fl

A native of Philadelphia, Pa., Bob is survived by his Wife of 62 Years Nancy Giddings Ormiston.  Daughter Jane Hailey and Son in Law Steve Hailey of Mechanicsville, Virginia. Son Robert Ormiston, Jr. of Ellenton Florida and Richard Ormiston, and Daughter in Law Karissa, Grandsons Richard and Joshua Ormiston of Raleigh, North Carolina.

Bob Ormiston graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Upon Graduation Bob began his career first with Mobil Oil moving on to such great companies such as Xerox and Dow Chemical.  Bob retired in 1995 from Prillaman Chemical where he held positions as Corporate Accounts Manager and Vice President of Sales.

Graveside services will be held at Lawnview Cemetary, 500 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, Pa. at 11 AM Thursday August 27. 2015.
