Phyllis D. Zeleznik, 85, of Bradenton, passed away peacefully at home on July 13, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Chicago, IL on April 4, 1930. She lived her early life in Chicago where she graduated college with a degree in teaching. She taught grammar school at St. Frances de Sales Catholic School for many years before retiring to Florida. She enjoyed serving the Catholic Church and tutoring at the Lutheran Learning Center.
Phyllis was predeceased by her husband Raymond. She is survived by her 3 daughters; Barbara (Mike) Wittmer, Debra (Ed) Voliva, and Laura (Timothy) Anderson, 1 grandson R.J. (Emily) Klodnicki and 1 great grandson Koen Klodnicki, brother Adam (Markie) Ksiazek and many nieces.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday July 17th at 9:30am at Ss Peter and Paul the Apostles Catholic Church, 2850 75th Street W, Bradenton.
She will be laid to rest with her husband at Mansion Memorial Park in Ellenton Fl.
