Patrick Walter Guy

Patrick Walter Guy, 32, Palmetto, passed away suddenly August 11, 2016.

Patrick was born March 11, 1984 in Ft. Worth, TX and moved to Manatee County in 1989. He was a graduate of Bayshore High School and the MTI Culinary Arts Program.

He was predeceased by his father Terrence Patrick Guy in 2010, and is survived by his two sons; Kaleb and Gavin Guy, mother and step-father; Lorri and Robert VanCleave all of Palmetto, brother Scott Drabek of Plainfield, IL, sister; Vicki Michelle (Tristan) Royer of North Port, FL, maternal grandmother and step-grandfather; Marlys and Don Sweitzer of Bradenton, paternal grandfather; Norman Guy of Washington, nieces; Victoria and Taylor Royer of North Port, FL, and Brittany and Kristen Drabek of Plainfield, IL, god-parents; Michael Pagliughi of Brandon, FL, and Val Mlejnek of Prospect Heights, IL and many extended family members and friends.

The family will receive friends from 10-11 A.M. on Saturday, August 20, 2016 with a Celebration of Patrick's life to follow at the Faith Lutheran Church, 9608 U.S. Highway 301 N., Parrish.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Patrick Guy Trust Fund for his children, c/o any Wells Fargo Bank.
