Patricia 'Patsy' June Collis

Patricia "Patsy" June Collis, 70, Parrish, passed away May 26, 2015.

She was born September 10, 1944 in Canton, OH to the late Richard and Dorothy (Sabin) Travers. Patsy moved to Manatee County in 1956 coming from Canton.

She was a graduate of the 1962 Class of Manatee High School. Locally she worked as a banker for several banks over the years, and was a member of several different banking organizations.

Patsy was also a former member of the Bradenton Yacht Club and the Manatee Sailing Association. She was an avid sailor, motorcycle rider, and camper with her husband Ron.

She was predeceased by her first husband James Leitch in 1993 and is survived by her loving husband of 13 years and soul mate of 22 years, Ron Collis of Parrish, beloved faithful companion Heidi. Children; Traci and Chris Cristello of Ellenton, Joseph Collis of Bradenton, Brandie and John Havell of Bradenton, former daughter-in-law; Katherine Collis of Parrish, brother and his wife; Richard and Joan Travers of Carrollton, GA, two sisters; Vicki and Bill Steiner of Stone Mountain, GA, Candy Chorman of Gibsonton, FL, five grandchildren; Audriana Cristello, Jordyn Collis, Kayliana Cristello, Ellie and Van Havell, dear close friends, Dee Scott of Marathon, FL, Rose Savocik of Parrish, and many extended family members and friends.

At Patsy's request, a private family service will be held at a later date and time.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Nate's Honor Animal Rescue, 4951 Lorraine Road, Bradenton, Fl. 34211 in her memory
