Nancy M. Rowe, 68, Bradenton, went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 25, 2015 after a long courageous battle with cancer.
She was born April 28, 1947 in Chula Vista, California to the late Robert and Cleta (Cannady) McClure. She moved to Bradenton at the age of 7 coming from Chula Vista.
She was reared and educated in Bradenton and was a graduate of Manatee High School. She along with her husband Richard owned and operated Rowe’s Rentals in Bradenton for over 30 years. She has enjoyed in the past as a hobby doing floral design, horse riding and acrylic painting, Nancy also was an avid stock car race fan, along with her late husband who built stock cars and would arrange for drivers to race them.
Nancy was predeceased by a brother, Earl Taylor in 1979, and her beloved husband of 32 years, Richard D. Rowe in 2009. She is survived by her two loving sisters; Barbara Ross of Bradenton, Susan Hollifield and her husband Robert of Bradenton, several nieces, nephews, many extended family members, friends and her beloved cats.
A private family service will be held at a later date and time.
The family request that in lieu of flowers be made to either the Manatee County Humane Society or Tidewell Hospice in her memory.
