Michael Joseph Rafael Gabriel

Michael Joseph Rafael Gabriel, 74 of Palmetto, passed away June 7, 2017 at the TideWell Hospice House in Bradenton.

Michael was born on May 25, 1943 in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Harold Delano and Dorothy (Woodford) Gabriel. He was the owner of several different small businesses during the years, and was a member of the catholic faith. Michael has been a resident of Manatee County for the last year moving here from South Miami, Florida.

Survived by his two sons; Jeffrey Allen Balchek of Jamaica, Travis Gabriel of Tempe, Arizona, three daughters; Shannon Gabriel Collins of Palmetto, Florida, Tere Lynn Guerrero of Hollywood, Florida, Kelley Ann Gabriel of Palmetto, Florida, two sisters; Cynthia Gennell of Winter Park, Florida, Patricia Friewald of Miami, Florida, eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many extended family members and friends.
