Mary Florence Hubbard

Mary Florence Hubbard, 96, of Emeritus-Brookdale at Palma Sola, Bradenton, passed away peacefully Oct. 8, 2015. She was born Jan. 7, 1919 in Philadelphia, PA.

She grew up in Brooklyn, N.Y. She and her husband James raised their two children in Long Island, and then moved to Tampa, in 1980. After her husband’s passing, she moved to Sun City Center and then to Bradenton in November of 2014.

She was predeceased by her loving husband of 49 years, James Hubbard, and is survived by her daughter, Susan Corbett of Bradenton, son Richard and his wife Rose Hubbard of Morton, IL, four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, many extended family members and friends.

Private family services will be held at a later date and time.

The family request that in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to TideWell Hospice in her memory.
