Mary Ann Jett

Mary Ann Jett, 68, of Palmetto, Florida, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at the Blake Medical Center in Bradenton.

Mary Ann was born on May 24, 1948 in Camilla, Georgia to the late William and Julia (Bulloch) Cooper. She moved to Manatee County about 1 ½ years ago coming from Thomasville, Georgia. Mary Ann formerly lived in Virginia and was retired from the Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg, Virginia with many years of loyal service as an Administrative Assistant.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband Archie Jett in May of 2015, and a sister, Gilda Donnovan. Survived by her three loving sons; Josh and his wife Brittany Jett of Parrish, Florida, Michael and his wife Kelly Kellam of Fauquier, Virginia, Thad and his wife Michelle Arrington of Stafford, Virginia, two caring sisters; Beth and her husband John Englehorn of Fauquier, Virginia, Sandy and her husband Fred Hartly of Upperville, Virginia, seven precious grandchildren with one on the way, two great-grandchildren, and many extended family members and friends.

Private family services will be held at a later date in Virginia.
