Margaret Ann Morash, 'Marge' 81 of Anna Maria, passed away July 5, 2016.

She was born on October 12, 1934 in New York City, NY to the late Charles and Josephine (McCann) Youngberg. Margaret moved to Manatee County in 1971 and has been a resident of Anna Maria for over 40 years. She was a member of the St. Bernard Catholic Church on Holmes Beach. She was a red wine enthusiast, and coined the phrase 'Breakfast Wine'.

Margaret was predeceased by her sister Joan Youngberg in October of 2015, and is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Richard 'Dick' of Anna Maria, one daughter; Kathleen Morash of Anna Maria, three sons; Kristofer of Murfreesboro, TN, Richard and Kevin of Bradenton, three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and many extended family members and friends.

The family will receive friends from 3-6 P.M. on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at Shannon Funeral Home Westview, 5610 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 on Monday, July 11, 2016 at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 248 S. Harbor Drive, Holmes Beach. Interment will follow at Skyway Memorial Gardens, Palmetto.

The family request that in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation in her memory.
