Lois M. Mckee

Lois M. McKee, 75 of Bradenton, passed away on January 26, 2015.
Lois was born on August 18, 1939 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late James W. Sr. and Margaret (Short) McKee. She after high school went to work for Standard Steel in Pennsylvania as a secretary and retired from there over 30 years later as the only female steel sales representative. She was also a former member of the Saints Simon and Jude Catholic Church in Blairsville, PA.
Lois moved to Bradenton, ten years ago coming from Emmaus, Pennsylvania. She was a member of the Saints Peter & Paul the Apostles Catholic Church in Bradenton.
She is survived by her brother and his wife, James W. and Leslie McKee, Jr. of Katey, Texas, and many extended family members and friends.
There will be no local services held in Bradenton.

A visitation will be held on Friday, January 30, 2015 from 6-8 P.M. at the Ferguson Funeral Home, 25 W. Market Street, Blairsville, PA.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Saturday at the Saints Simon and Jude Catholic Church in Blairsville. Interment will follow at the Saints Simon and Jude Cemetery in Blairsville, PA.
