Johnny G. Wright

Johnny Garris Wright, of Palmetto, Fl passed away peacefully on May 28, 2023.

Johnny was born April 16, 1943 to John and Wanetta, born and raised in Martinsville, IN. He graduated from Martinsville High School. Received his Bachelor degree in Theology, Psychology, and Sociology. Johnny graduated from Judson Baptist College in 1969 and became an ordained minister in 1975.

Johnny is survived by his loving wife Janet Aileen Wright, his sons, Bryan Wright (Frieda) and John Wright (Sharon), his daughter Rebecca Wright (Robert). He was also survived by 6 grandchildren; Dawn Ann Ullmann, MD (Andrew), David Garris Wright, Amber Lynn Polson (Greg), Sarah Marie Rosenboom (Wesley), John William Wright, JR (Destiny) and Ashley Taylor Brokus (William) and 10 great-grandchildren; Nova, Isaac, Hendrix (Amber & Greg), Eli, Reid, Caleb (Sarah & Wesley), Makayla, Triston, Makenna (John & Destiny), Benjamin with another baby boy on the way. He loved all of them dearly.

Johnny Wright will be missed enormously by all who knew him.
