Joan Mae Barrineau, 79, of Bradenton, passed away December 9, 2016 at her residence.
Joan was born on February 3, 1937 in Atco, New Jersey to the late Francis and Bertha (Faulkner) Tomaziefski. She was a resident of New Jersey until about 40 years ago when she moved to Florida, and for the last 15 years has resided in Manatee County.
She was a retired circuit board assembly worker and attended the Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Catholic Church in Sarasota.
She is survived by her loving husband Bernard F. Barrineau of Bradenton, two caring daughters; Susan (James Minor) Roland of Savannah, Georgia, Barbara (Christopher) Collier of Bradenton, two brothers; Raymond Tomaziefski of Daytona Beach, Florida, Steven (Unhee) Tomaziefski of Virginia, five precious grandchildren; Jeffrey and Chett Roland, Michael Regan, Drew Collier, Corey (Kara) Collier, three darling great-grandchildren; Jeffrey, Aubrie and Braden Roland, and many extended family members and friends.
A celebration of Joan’s life will be held from 2-4 P.M. on Saturday, February 4, 2017 in the Garden Lakes Community Clubhouse, 5499 37th Street East, Bradenton, Florida.
The family request that in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to TideWell Hospice, 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34238 in her memory.
