Jaime Cabal, Jr., 69 of Bradenton, passed away August 27, 2016 at the Blake Medical Center in Bradenton.
Jaime was born on March 8, 1947 in Tampa, Florida. He was a lifelong resident of Florida, and served his country faithfully during the Vietnam War by serving with the United States Navy as an Aviation Electricians Mate 2nd Class. He was also awarded the National Defense Service Medal.
Following his military service he worked in the construction industry as a crane operator. Jaime in his off hours was an avid fisherman, and especially enjoyed fishing the waters of Terra Ceia.
He was predeceased by his father, Jaime Cabal, Sr. and is survived by his loving wife, Janeen Cherie (Lausman) Cabal of Bradenton, son, Cory Cabal of Bradenton, mother, Irene Cabal of Tampa, two brothers; Larry and Frank Cabal of Tampa, and many extended family members and friends.
Private family services will be held at a later date and time.
The family request that in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to the American Heart Association in his memory.
