Jack L. Rayburn

Jack L. Rayburn, 58 of Bradenton, Florida, passed away on Friday, September 18, 2015 at the Bay Vue Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bradenton.

Jack was born on April 12, 1957 in Tucson, Arizona to Jack and Doris (Hamilton) Rayburn. He moved to Bradenton in 1984 coming from Washington Courthouse, Ohio.

He started working for his parents at their carpet store, West Coast Carpet and Supply in Bradenton as an installer, working under and learning the art of carpet installation from his father. Then in later years served as the manager of the store. He also attended Christian Retreat in Bradenton.

Jack was predeceased by his father Jack in February of 1998, and is survived by his beloved daughter, Brittany Rayburn of Tallahassee, Florida, loving mother, Doris Rayburn of Bradenton, two precious grandchildren, Hailey and Ian Kemper of Tallahassee, Florida and many extended family members and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at the White Oak Grove Cemetery in Buena Vista, Ohio under the direction of the Summers Funeral Home in Washington Courthouse, Ohio where he will be buried in the family plot with his father.
