Henry Leroy Richards

Henry Leroy Richards, 77, Bradenton, passed away June 12, 2017

Henry was born March 16, 1940 in Bradenton to the late Daniel and Opal (Johnson) Richards. He served with the Air Force during the Vietnam Era. After his military service he worked for Consolidated Electric in Bradenton for 32 years retiring as sales manager.

Survived by his three daughters; Brenda (Greg) Symons of Englewood, FL, Carla (David) Baumgartner of Parrish, Julie (Ryan) Kane of Sarasota, one brother, Danny Richards of Homosassa, FL, seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and many extended family members and friends.

Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 16, 2017 in the mausoleum chapel at Mansion Memorial Park, 1400 36th Avenue East, Ellenton with final military honors by the U.S. Air Force.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society in his memory.
