George M. Van Voorhis

George M. Van Voorhis, 72 of Bradenton, a Vietnam vet, was born February 15, 1944 and died April 25, 2016.

He came to Bradenton from Zanesfield, Ohio for a visit almost 40 years ago. Best known for his impersonations of country music greats like Cash, Merle, Jones, and especially “Willie”…

He had multiple complications over the years stemming from his long fight with Leukemia.

We’ll miss his talent and big heart!
