Gary Lee Parrish

Gary Lee Parrish, 72 of Bradenton, Florida, passed away September 2, 2016 at the Bradenton Healthcare Nursing Home in Bradenton.

Gary was born on February 3, 1944 in Manistique, Michigan to the late William and Anna Parrish. He served his country faithfully by serving with the United States Navy. Following his military service he worked as a carpenter. He has been a resident of Bradenton for the last 15 years coming here from Manistique, Michigan.

He is survived by his two caring sons; Dwayne and his wife Coralee Parrish of Bradenton, Daniel and his longtime companion Melissa LaBrecque of Bradenton, one brother, Wayne Parrish of Thompson, Michigan, two sisters Elaine and her husband George Robere of Coos, Michigan, Darlene Ris of Cooks, Michigan, five precious grandchildren and many extended family members and friends.

Private family services will be held at a later date and time in Michigan.

The family request that in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to Wounded Warriors in his memory.
