In Loving Memory of Edner Jacques
March 5, 1958 – April 5, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Edner Jacques, who departed this life on April 5, 2025, in Bradenton, Florida, at the age of 67.
Born on March 5, 1958, in Haiti, Edner lived a life marked by hard work, deep faith, and an unshakable love for his family and community. He had a natural passion for raising chickens and enjoyed collecting various items to sell—always with an entrepreneurial spirit and a twinkle in his eye. His friendly nature and genuine kindness made him well-loved by everyone who knew him.
A devoted member of his church, Edner actively participated in church and found joy in singing, laughter, and fellowship. He had a deep love for the water and often found peace in its presence. Haiti always held a special place in his heart, and he cherished his visits there.
Edner is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Judith M. Jacques. Together they shared a beautiful life and raised four wonderful children: Smith Johnson Jacques, Moise Jacques, Kathly Ednarly Jacques, and Marco Jacques. He is also survived by his children from a previous marriage: Ednar Jacques, Joshua Jacques, and Saul Jacques.
Edner’s legacy is one of warmth, joy, and unwavering dedication to those he loved. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
