Douglas Paul Carbee

In loving memory of Douglas Paul Carbee, who tragically passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2023.

Doug was born on July 3, 1971, to John and Bobbie Carbee in Oxford, Massachusetts. He graduated from Chancellor High School in 1989. Following graduation, he pursued various passions in life, including playing for a semi-pro baseball team, serving in the Navy, welding, and bartending. Doug was a devoted Boston Red Sox and Indianapolis Colts fan. In 2021, Doug relocated to Florida, where he found fulfillment in his dream job bartending on Anna Maria Island.

Doug and his former spouse, Kristina Mead, raised three children together in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Doug was a loving father to his stepdaughter Kayla and their two sons Joshua and Peyton.

Doug was preceded in death by his father, John Carbee, and his sister, Rebecca Carbee.

He is survived by his sons Joshua and Peyton Carbee, grandson Kayden, stepdaughter Kayla Wray, mother Bobbie Carbee, sister Cindy Carrillo (Angel), sister Cristie Tally, sister Jennifer Winston (Mike), and brother, Joe Carbee.

Celebrations of Doug's Life will be held in Virginia and Florida to honor and remember the beautiful soul that touched the hearts of so many.
