Dawn E. Olson

Dawn E. Olson, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2025, in Bradenton, Florida. She was born on May 19, 1928, in Belvidere, Illinois, and lived a life imbued with love and warmth, touching the hearts of many along the way.

As a devoted homemaker, Dawn dedicated her days to crafting a loving home for her family. Her gentle spirit, unwavering support, and remarkable ability to make everyone feel cherished will be remembered fondly by her loved ones. She had an innate gift for turning the simplest gatherings into cherished memories, creating an ambiance of joy and belonging that lingered long after the occasion.

Dawn is survived by her beloved daughter Vicki and her son-in-law Homer, who have carried forward her legacy of love and resilience. 

She has been reunited in spirit with her husband, Harold L. Olson, who passed away in 2021. Their love story, which began in the vibrant tapestry of everyday life, served as a beacon of hope and inspiration. Harold and Dawn shared countless moments filled with laughter, love, and deep companionship, and now, they have found peace together once more.

Dawn will be laid to rest with her husband, in a private ceremony, in Illinois. No local services will be held.
