Charles M. Kigin

Charles Michael Kigin “Mike” , of Bradenton, passed away on September 16, 2022.

Mike was born on May 17, 1942 to Thelma and Joseph Kigin. He was a local boy, born and raised in Tampa Bay, Florida.

Mike was a dedicated postman and in 1993, was promoted to postmaster in Naples Florida. Mike was a family man and a great friend. Mike was a man of great character, who stood by his beliefs and shared them with others..

He loved hunting, fishing, the mountains, basically anything in the great outdoors.

He was blessed to share the adventure of owning and renovating his dream home in the mountains with his wife Honey.

Mike is survived by his loving wife Francesca “Honey”, two daughters Donna Marie Kigin and Debra Garcia (Carl). Son Joseph Michael Kigin. Grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Charles is predeceased by his first wife, of 51 years, Elsie Felton, of Philadelphia.

A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 5225 N. Himes Ave. Tampa, Fl 33614 on October 7, 2022 at 11am.
