Barbara L. (Lippert) Picard of Bradenton was born on July 26th, 1944, she passed away on November 15th, 2023.

She is survived by her son Richard Norton of Bradenton. Barbara is predeceased by her sister Lorraine, brothers Alan, Robert, PeeWee, and beloved grandson Ricky Norton.

She lived in Bradenton her whole life and leaves many lifelong friends to cherish her memory. We will miss you.
