Audrey Ann Campbell, 60 of Bradenton, Florida, passed away on January 11, 2016 at the Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton.
Audrey was born on July 24, 1956 in Woonsocket, Rhode Island to Edward and Evelyn (Bailey) Tenczar. She has been a resident of Bradenton for the last twelve years moving here from North Smithfield, Rhode Island, where she was a member of the Polish National Catholic Church in Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
Locally in Florida she worked as Director of Nursing for several of the local nursing homes such as Beneva Lakes, Heritage Park, Westminster Manor, and Bayvue Nursing.
Audrey was predeceased by her father, Edward Tenczar and is survived by her loving husband of ten years, William Campbell of Bradenton, Florida, a son, Jonathon Nelson and his wife Alicia of Exeter, Rhode Island, daughter, Christa Kotter and her husband Steve of Bradenton, Florida, mother, Mrs. Evelyn Tenczar of North Smithfield, Rhode Island, one sister, Judy Beauchemin and her husband Charlie of North Smithfield, Rhode Island, four grandchildren; Thatcher Nelson of Exeter, Rhode Island, Jack, Emma and Grace Kotter of Bradenton, Florida, two nephews; Jess Beauchemin and his wife Kristian of North Smithfield, Rhode Island, Kyle Beauchemin and his wife Megan of Cumberland, Maine and many extended family members and friends.
A Celebration of Audrey’s life will be held at a later date and time to be announced.
The family request that in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to either the Conquistadore Historical Foundation, 6404 Manatee Avenue West, Suite G Bradenton, Fl. 34209, TideWell Hospice, 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, Fl. 34243 in her memory.
