Allen A. 'T-Bone' Campbell

Allen A. “T-Bone” Campbell, 95, Palmetto, passed away January 2, 2016.

T-Bone was born June 7, 1920 in Palmetto to the late Lonnie Grant and Olive Mae (Courter) Campbell. He was a lifelong resident of Manatee County.

In his early years he worked as a fisherman and later on worked as a plasterer. He was a long time member of the Palmetto Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Survived by his loving wife, Alveria (Schurtz) Campbell of Palmetto, two daughters; Joan (Donley) Huggins of McDonald, TN, Paula (Bob) Wart of Molalla, OR, brother, Willard Campbell of Parrish, FL, five grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many extended family members and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M. on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at Shannon Funeral Home Westview Chapel, 5610 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM on Friday, January 8, 2016 at Shannon Funeral Home Westview Chapel with interment to follow at Palma Sola Cemetery in Bradenton.
