Alexandria “Ally” Jordan Marler, 20, of Bradenton, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on May 7, 2016. Ally was born on February 3, 1996, in Bradenton. She attended Braden River High School. She worked as the manager for a local equestrian farm and was active in the equestrian circuit. She was a gymnast from the age of three and later coached young gymnasts.
She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Daniel Yeomans; and is survived by her loving daughter, Leigha Morgan Ballard; her parents, Warren Douglas and Kimberly (Yeomans) Marler, of Bradenton; sister, Danielle Marler, of Bradenton; paternal grandparents, Ray and Arlene Marler, of Bradenton; maternal grandmother, Janet Yeomans, of Franklin, NC. Ally is also survived by Leigha’s father, Brandon Ballard, of Bradenton; his parents; Ray and Torina Ballard, of Bradenton; as well as many extended family members and friends.
The family will receive friends from 3:00-4:00 p.m. on Monday, May 16, 2016, with a celebration of Ally’s life to follow at 4:00 p.m. at Woodland Community Church, 9607 SR 70 East, Bradenton. In honor of Ally, the family requests that western/casual attire be worn to the celebration.
