Adam Dale Kusterman, a devoted son, brother, and uncle, passed away on March 14, 2018 at the age of 39. He was surrounded by family and friends and will always be remembered for his kind heart and genuine love for others.
Adam was born July 8, 1978 to Brad and Teri Kusterman, at Sarah Bush Hospital in Mattoon, Illinois. He spent majority of his adult life working in the agricultural industry. He hardly ever met a stranger and his unique and spirited personality was loved by all that knew him.
He enjoyed cheering on the New Orleans Saints and New York Yankees and especially the fighting Illini from his home state.
Adam is survived by his parents, Brad and Teri Kusterman; brother Ryan and wife Sarah; brother Taylor and girlfriend Whitney; and three nieces Claire, Neelie, and Emmy Kusterman. Maternal grandparents, Carol and Rusty Miller; paternal grandmother, Marilyn Kusterman; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Ed Kusterman.
Even though the loss of Adam is profoundly sad and he'll be missed by all that knew him, his generous spirit led him to be an organ donor and he saved 3 lives.
Donations may be made in his honor to The Salvation Army of Sarasota, http://www.salvationarmyflorida.org/sarasota. May someone else in need receive the love and care they need when they can’t find the love for themselves
